Charges are per calendar day, regardless of the time of day your pet is dropped off or picked up.

Special: $2 off discount per pet per day if boarding 3 or more pets!

  • Dogs – $37 per calendar day per dog
  • Cats – $27 per calendar day per cat
  • Day Care – $22 per calendar day per pet
  • Any pet(s) with 3+ medications will be charged an additional $5 per calendar day

  • Any dog with temperaments that require them to be let out separate will be charged an additional $5 per calendar day

  • Any geriatric pets or disabled pets will be charged an extra care fee of $5 – $10 additional per calendar day

  • Discounts of 3+ pets staying 10+ days, take $4 off per pet per calendar day & Military & Veterinary Discount take $2 off per pet per day

  • Walks/Playtimes – $5 per activity per dog

  • Feeding Longview food to your pet = $4 per day per animal – This charge can be avoided if you bring your own food from home.

Payment Policies

  • We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards
  • Payment is due in full at pickup
  • Holidays
    • Holidays: New Year’s week, mid-winter break, Easter/spring break, Memorial Day weekend, July Fourth week, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week and Christmas week
    • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all holiday reservations to secure a spot.
    • If you cancel within 7 days of your incoming holiday reservation, your $50 deposit will be forfeited as most customers will have made alternative plans and we will not be able to rebook that spot.

Vaccinations Required

Proof can be emailed, faxed, e-mailed, or brought in during office hours.

Dog Vaccines Required:

  • Bordetella
  • Rabies
  • DHLPP (Distemper/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza/Parvo)
  • Canine Influenza – note this is a 2-part series shot the first time. The first round is received and followed by the second shot 2-3 weeks later. It is then a 1-time annual shot after that.
  • Flea/Tick preventative highly recommended

Cat Vaccines Required:

  • FVRCP (distemper/respratory combo shot)
  • Rabies
  • Feline Leukemia (The vaccine or a yearly negative test if your vet does not give the vaccine. Note: Feline Leukemia is a 2 part series.)
